With Cataclysm's release approaching, Incarnate is making final preparations for the upcoming Bastion of Twilight, Blackwing Descent, and Throne of the Four Winds raids. Having defeated nearly all of these encounters on 25-player mode during beta, we're aware of what's required to succeed and we have adjusted our recruitment needs accordingly.

First, Incarnate is seeking an experienced tank, preferably a warrior or paladin. If you are a dedicated player with high attendance, good communication and teamwork skills, and good raid awareness, you are an ideal candidate. You will be evaluated on your ability to min/max, your ability to hit cooldowns and react on the fly, and your ability to build agro. This is a full time raid position. As this position is for a third tank spot, having a viable offspec is required and you should expect to play your offspec during your trial.

Second, Incarnate is seeking an experienced healer, preferably a paladin or druid. Ideally, you are a smart, dedicated player with high attendance, superb raid awareness, good communication and teamwork skills, and experience with the new Cataclysm healing model. You will be evaluated on your understanding of game and class mechanics, your ability to hit cooldowns and react on the fly, and your gearing/spec choices. This is a full time raid position, but as not all raid encounters require the same number of healers, an offspec is required and you should expect to play your offspec during your trial.

Finally, Incarnate is seeking a warrior and caster DPS. An ideal candidate is a dedicated player with high attendance, good communication and teamwork skills, and good raid awareness. You will be evaluated on your ability to min/max, your ability to hit cooldowns and react on the fly, and your ability to maximize DPS while minimizing damage taken. These are full time raid positions.
